3.29.04 2004 Beef University Announced

The Colorado Livestock Association and the Department of Animal Sciences at Colorado State University are sponsoring Beef University May 19-21, 2004. Participants in the workshop will have an opportunity to: test their live animal evaluation skills explore marketing options receive updates on new technologies and industry trends follow fed cattle through harvesting and fabrication The highlight of this 3 day program comes as participants are grouped into teams and compete for prizes as they make management and purchasing decisions, and showcase their beef carcass fabrication skills.
